Dr. MUTALIK  has more than 23 years 'Hands-on' experience in software industry.  He is currently a Quality Consultant to leading software companies in India.  Several of these clients have already got ISO Certification.  They include large multi-nationals and Indian software exporters.  The Services offered include assessing, defining and implementing QMS (Quality Management System), planning ISO 9000 certification programs and conducting in-house training in QMS.

During the span of over 23 years after obtaining Ph.D. in Computer Science, Dr. Mutalik worked in major companies in India and abroad such as WIPRO, Hewlett Packard,.  As Head of HP's software operations in India he implemented several software systems.  He had a stint of research at University of Calgary, Canada. 

Dr. Mutalik conducted several in-house as well as national level Software Engineering Seminars and Workshops.
 

Dr. SASTRY  has 25 years of experience in IT.  During the last few years, he worked in INFOSYS TECHNOLOGIES LTD. as Director, Quality.  He was responsible for designing QSD (Quality System Documentation) in the frame work of ISO 9000 and seeing the company through for immediate certification.  Dr. Sastry is a trained Lead Assessor and also had training at Software Engineering Institute     (SEI) at Carnegie Melon University on CMM (CAPABILITY MATURITY MODEL) and assessment of firms against CMM requirements.

Dr. Sastry worked in some leading companies in India and abroad like TATA's and Macmet India and Consolidated Bathurst Ltd., Montreal, Canada.  While at TATA's he was responsible for developing the first indigenous computer based training system for power plant.  As Head of Macmet India's Simulation Systems Division, he was responsible for developing and popularizing the concept of PC-based training simulators for many industrial applications. He has guided more than 75 companies in successfully completing certifications/assessments under various standards such as ISO 9001/Tick IT, SEI CMM, SEI CMMI etc.

He had his Ph.D. from the University of Waterloo, Canada and research experience at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Sastry conducted workshops and seminars on state-of-the-art in Software Engineering and Computer Applications.
